RMC® – Rosenberger Mini-Coax connector system for frequencies up to 9 GHz and with a modular design for fast data transmissions. The space-saving design combines the requirement for cost savings as well as the reduction of weight and size.
The Rosenberger RMC® connector is designed to meet the growing demand for high-frequency data transmission in modern vehicles. As the number of sensors, cameras, and communication modules increases, reliable and space-efficient connectivity solutions become essential for advanced vehicle electronics, including driver assistance technologies, infotainment systems and V2X communication.
Its optimized space utilization and modular design contribute to space savings in vehicles while providing a cost-efficient solution for various applications.
Its small dimensions allow for easy integration into limited installation spaces, while the robust construction with waterproof variants ensures reliable performance
even under demanding conditions. With a durability of ≥10 mating cycles and an interface compliant with USCAR 888-U-xxx-Z03, RMC® meets the stringent requirements of the automotive industry. RMC® Cable Assemblies
Rosenberger offers a comprehensive range of standard cable assemblies as well as customized solutions for high speed data transmissions. Configure RMC® connectors as straight, right-angle, single, double or quad versions.
Choose between connectors assembled on both sides or one open end, or combine them with connectors from FAKRA or HFM® series.

We also offer the combination of one connector on side A with different modular options such as single, double, and/or quad housings on side B. Additionally, selected waterproof variants complete the portfolio.

Connector Position Assurance – CPA prevents Unintentional Disengagement
High-speed data connectors are increasingly required in safety applications such as autonomous driving and driver assistance systems. In response, Rosenberger has developed an optional CPA (Connector Position Assurance) solution which improves connection reliability.
The CPA cannot be activated if the connector has not been completely mated. When aligned correctly the CPA can be closed. Additional products are available on request.

Test-Equipment
Rosenberger contributed to the definitions of the measurement setups in standardizations like Open Alliance and Automotive Serdes Alliance and set up our RMC portfolio of measurement adaptors accordingly. Therefore, we can directly provide you with “test equipment bundles” for many different test cases.
